Starting in 2009 with one hedger, a vehicle, a 44 gallon drum of diesel and a back ground in citrus, grain and mango farming, Nick has built Northern Hedging and Contracting from the ground up, intimately fine tuning all aspects of the business to serve and deliver exceptional outcomes for our mango and forestry clients in the areas of hedging, mulching and other land management activities.

In 2017, Nick and Whitney bought a mango farm on the outskirts of Katherine and continue to expand their knowledge through having "skin in the game" by producing some exceptional Honey Gold Mangoes year after year.

In 2022, NT Broadacre was born expanding their focus beyond mangoes and forestry into the emerging cotton and supporting broadacre cropping industries.  Starting with two tractors, the business has grown exponentially to include services that enable our clients to have full turn key projects. We now have the ability, to take bushland to annual crop cycles including harvesting services, with the aim of supporting our clients to maximise the potential of the land whilst balancing the environmental sustainability.
